Terms of use

The MontessoriPlay app is published by Maison Montessori — Dounia BELALIA (EI), a sole proprietorship, 54 rue de Saint-Exupéry, 78500 Sartrouville, France, SIRET 995 062 635 00017. Contact: [email protected].

MontessoriPlay is intended for children aged 3 to 8, accompanied by an adult. The educational content is provided for family use: it complements real materials and the presence of an adult, without replacing them.

Part of the content is free. The subscription gives access to all content for its whole duration.

Two plans are offered: monthly and yearly. The price shown in the app, in your currency, is the App Store or Google Play price. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.

The subscription renews automatically for the same length and at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the end of the period.

The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial, once per App Store or Google Play account. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the first payment is taken when it ends. On the App Store, any unused part of the trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial. The monthly plan has no trial.

To manage or cancel the subscription: on iPhone or iPad, Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. After cancelling, access stays open until the end of the paid period, and the children's progress is kept.

Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms: refund requests are made to them. Access to the digital content begins as soon as you subscribe, with your consent.

A purchased subscription can be restored on another device using the same App Store or Google Play account, from the Subscription screen (Restore purchases).

The app and its texts, images, sounds and voices belong to Maison Montessori — Dounia BELALIA (EI) or its licensors. You receive a personal and family right of use, which is not transferable. On the App Store, Apple's standard license agreement (EULA) also applies in addition to these terms.

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the protection granted to them by the law of their country.
