In short: MontessoriPlay collects no personal data. Nothing you or your child do in the app is sent to us.

Profiles (first name, avatar, month and year of birth), the observation journal, progress and settings are stored only on this device. The app requires no account, and no server of the publisher receives this data.

The app contains no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

The app is designed for children. It collects no data from them and offers them no links to the outside and no purchases. The parent area (settings, subscription, downloads) is protected by a parental gate, which also appears before any purchase.

The recorded voices for each language are downloaded from within the app, when you ask for them. After an app update, the new version of voices already installed downloads on its own over Wi-Fi; on mobile data, it is offered to you and only downloads with your consent.

These voices are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), at voix.montessoriplay.app. Like any server, it receives the device's IP address and the name of the requested file, and handles them under its own privacy policy. No identifier and no data about your child is sent.

Until a language's voices are downloaded, the device's text-to-speech reads the instructions. It works according to your device's speech engine and settings.

The app uses neither the microphone nor the camera. The Mazes game reads the device's motion sensor during play, without recording or sending anything.

The monthly report can be exported as a PDF. It is created on the device and only leaves it if you choose to share or print it, by the means you choose.

Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own privacy policies; the app receives no payment data.

Data stays on the device until you erase it or uninstall the app. The publisher keeps no copy of it.

To erase everything: Settings > Privacy & terms > Erase all data (profiles, journals and settings). Downloaded voices contain nothing personal; they can be deleted in Recorded voices.

Since no data reaches us, we hold nothing to access, correct or erase: you exercise these rights directly in the app. You can write to us at [email protected], and lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority of your country.
